Transitions Optical printed an employee newsletter for many years. In 2010, they decided they wanted a fresh new look and feel to reflect their changing brand and focus, and to better appeal to employees. Creative Minds was awarded the project, and produced quarterly 24- -40- page print and online versions of the newsletter four four years. During that time, the magazine received a second facelift following a new company-wide branding mission.

The Creative Minds team received materials from the field, edited copy, and managed the design and layout process. The finished magazine was uploaded for online viewing as well.
